#Sponsored: The Single Moms Club Movie Review & a #Giveaway #MC
Are you ready for The Single Moms Club Movie? On March 14th, that’s 4 days away, Lionsgate will release The Single Moms Club, a story of five struggling moms who have to put aside their differences when their children decide to get in trouble at school and host a fundraiser. In the midst of the chaos of planning one of these fundraisers, they start a support group. I’m thankful to be part of the Elsinore Woman’s Club and the Facebook Group MENtors and MOMtors. This movie had me cracking up hysterically, because some of the relationships I’ve formed with members of MENtors and MOMtors formed in much the same way. Situations were less than ideal, so we joined together to make them better. To celebrate I’m giving away, The Single Moms Club Movie Prize Pack. Enter to win below.
I was a single mom from ’99 until ’06. Seven years of being a single mom and hearing every single thing from, “I’m going to live with my dad.” to “I hate you.” were just a few of the things that I faced while being a single mom. Being called to the school because your child did something and not having anyone else to help out, yep, been there, done that. Like Lytia said in regards to Parenting, “Just take it one snotty nose and one diaper at a time darlin.”

Without the love and support of some of my dearest friends Frances, Kelley, Michelle, Carrie, Rebekah and so many others that would fill up this page, I wouldn’t have been able to overcome the trials and tribulations that I was faced with. Their support and friendship helped me overcome so many things. I finally was able to find happiness and love and no longer wear the scarlet letter “S” for Single Mom!

When finding friends the most important characteristic to me is honesty and a good sense of humor. You want to trust your best friend with anything and more importantly you don’t want to be around a “Debbie Downer” all the time either.
The Single Moms Club directed by and starring Tyler Perry as well as Amy Smart, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Cocoa Brown, Zulay Henao and Nia Long, is sure to leave you laughing well after the movie ends. Are you familiar with Tyler Perry’s work or any movies starring Amy Smart, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Cocoa Brown, Zulay Henao or Nia Long? Are you all excited to see their talent in their new film? I can’t wait!

Me and some of my local ladies are going to go and see this. I think my friends will enjoy this movie because it’s hysterical and completely believable.

May is who I relate to the most. She said, “I wait to see which way he’ll fall and try and catch him.” That’s all we can do. Try to catch them when they fall and boost them up as much as possible.
